- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 3 to 4 large apples, chopped
- ½ cup water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- Add the ingredients to a sauce pan over medium heat. Sauté until the water is evaporated, stirring frequently.
- Serve immediately.
Great as dessert or a side dish during the holidays.
